2008 BMW M6 Repurchased

Our client purchased this luxury 2008 BMW M6 Convertible, a car costing over $110,000.  Often times people do not realize that even a luxury vehicle can be a lemon.

This vehicle was presenting with problems to the engine, transmission, and electrical system, as well as problems with the I-Drive system and SMG Paddle Shifters.  Our client contacted us as they had lost faith in the safety and reliability of the vehicle, which was performing more like a clunker than a luxury vehicle.  After some careful negotiations with BMW North America, wherein the lemon law lawyers at Shainfeld & Anvar, required an inspection be done to verify the concerns and complaints, the lemon law specialists were able to obtain a full repurchase for this convertible luxury lemon.  BMW provided our clients full relief under California’ Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. BMW repurchased the vehicle, paid off all monies owed to the lender, which was in excess of $40,000 and reimbursed our clients for their down payment, monthly payments, interest, and registration, all totaling almost $70,000,  in addition to paying all our attorneys’ fees and costs.
