Attorney FAQ

What law school did you attend? I studied law at Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California.

Why did you become a lawyer? As the first member of my family to learn English, the responsibility of translating for my family fell upon me at a very young age. I grew up serving as an advocate for my family. This played a major role in the development of my advocacy skills and today I’m proud to serve as an effective and reliable advocate for my clients.

Can you share a notable case or success you’ve had in the past? In a career filled with notable achievements, one of the most poignant victories I’ve experienced as a Lemon Law attorney centered around a resilient single mother caring for her special needs children. Entrusting her hard-earned resources in a carefully chosen vehicle to ensure her children’s safety and well-being, she faced a cascade of alarming malfunctions – from malfunctioning door locks to faulty windows and more. These critical issues not only disrupted her daily life, necessitating time off work, but also posed a serious threat to her children’s safety. Compounded by her children’s medical conditions, some of these vehicle malfunctions even instilled fear in her kids, creating an even more complex and challenging situation. I am thrilled to share that our prompt and effective legal intervention led to a successful repurchase settlement and significant civil penalty damages for our client. This triumph not only delivered long-awaited justice to a deserving individual but also served as a powerful reminder of the crucial role in safeguarding consumers’ rights amidst adversity.
