Why did you become a lawyer? I’ve always been drawn to problem-solving and advocacy.  I also enjoy analyzing complex issues, and I value being able to guide people through situations that can feel overwhelming and give them clarity and confidence.

What undergraduate school did you attend and what did you study? I attended the University of California, Irvine and studied psychology and social behavior.

What sets you apart from other attorneys in your field?  I’ve personally been through the frustration of owning a lemon.  I know firsthand how stressful it feels when a car you rely on lets you down, and that experience drives the way I advocate for my clients.  I combine that empathy with strategic advocacy to make clients feel genuinely understood and supported.

David is an associate attorney at Consumer Law Experts, PC. He brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to his practice.  He earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in 2013 after completing undergraduate studies at University of California, Irvine.  Before focusing on lemon law, David gained valuable experience working in litigation (primarily focusing on personal injury and labor/employment law) as well as working as in-house counsel for several multi-national and global corporations.  In his free time, David enjoys staying active through basketball, yoga, and golf, as well as spending time with his family.
