Eric W. Schattl is an experienced attorney specializing in consumer rights and plaintiffs litigation. He graduated from Duke Law in 2008, and has represented plaintiffs in a variety of practice areas, including products liability, health care, and criminal law.
Before joining CLE, Eric litigated in professional and medical malpractice and spent 10 years working as a public interest attorney, including roles as a Post-Conviction attorney at the Baltimore Public Defender’s office, and as the Supervising Attorney for the Health Consumer Center at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County.
Eric is passionate about social justice issues affecting the LGBT community, and he regularly volunteers for the LA LGBT Center. His hobbies include gardening, cooking, and crafting bizarre cocktails. He lives in Glendale with his husband Ryan and his small dog Pippi.
