Kenneth Leong is an Associate Attorney at Consumer Law Experts. He represents a wide range of clients in lawsuits in California local & state courts, in US federal courts, and in private negotiations. He favors lemon law practice, as Ken is a car enthusiast and a “gearhead,” and he understands the dilemma car owners can have when it comes to problems with their vehicles and the frustration with dealing with these problems.
He has legal experience, as well as engineering experience (fifteen years in the defense industry). He excels in preventative counseling with clients to minimize risk and in corrective action counseling to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Before law school, Ken worked as a legal assistant in a small downtown Los Angeles boutique Antitrust law firm. During his first year at law school, he worked in the in-house counsel’s office of a major southern California insurance company.
Shortly after graduating from law school, he worked at a small firm in Orange County, serving non-profit organizations that managed section 8 housing with tax compliance issues. Prior to joining with CLE, Ken practiced business & civil litigation, as well as family law.
Kenneth received five undergraduate and post-graduate degrees, including his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Intellectual Property.
Ken is admitted to practice in California, in good standing and able to practice in all jurisdictions including the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and US District Courts.
When not engaging in legal work, Ken enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, seeking new restaurants and enjoying old favorite ones, as well as watching lots of movies/pop culture, and working on his project car & motorcycle. With what little time is left, Ken works on his home.
