Quoc Pham is an Associate Attorney at Consumer Law Experts, P.C. Before joining the firm, he specialized in Civil Rights, Dependency Law, Family Law and Torts. He also has working experience as a software engineer and an auto mechanic for Land Rover and Toyota. Quoc earned B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland, an M.Sc. from the University of California Los Angeles in Computer Science, a J.D. from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, and ASE certifications in Electric/Electronic Systems and Engine Performance.
He has many hobbies such as fixing cars, mechatronics, CAD/CAM, 3d printing, and electronics, etc. He enjoys watching videos and reading articles in science and medicine.
