Shayna Elian was born and raised in Los Angeles. She attended the University of Delaware, where she majored in Criminal Justice and played on the university’s softball team. After graduating, Shayna returned to Los Angeles and worked as a summer camp counselor and nanny before beginning law school at Pepperdine University.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Shayna was actively involved in clinical pro bono work throughout law school and served as President of Pepperdine’s OUTLaw Association. After earning her J.D., she worked as a Post-Bar Law Clerk at the Children’s Law Center in Monterey Park.
Outside of her legal work, Shayna is an escape room enthusiast, enjoys spending time at the beach, and plays in a queer adult kickball league on the weekends. She is proud to be part of the CLE team and is dedicated to advocating for her clients with compassion and determination.
