What undergraduate school did you attend and what did you study?

I attended Cal State Long Beach where I studied Political Science.

Why did you become a lawyer?

I became a lawyer because I wanted to help people. Out of all the interests I had and things I was involved in growing up, the common theme among all of them was a desire to help others. After a lot of reflecting, I felt that I’d be able to make the most significant impact if I had a law degree. I’m excited about all of the opportunities I can improve lives as an attorney.

Why did you choose lemon law?

I chose lemon law because it is an exciting and up and coming area of law in California. It is a great opportunity to be involved in something groundbreaking. I also love working in Plaintiff side litigation and consumer protection work specifically, because of the opportunity to make a difference and develop client relationships.

 

Steph is an associate attorney at Consumer Law Experts, PC. She graduated summa cum laude from Cal State Long Beach in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Steph received her Juris Doctorate from USC Gould School of Law in 2023 and graduated as a Public Interest Scholar.

During her pursuit of her JD, she worked as a Law Clerk at several law firms, specializing in human rights law, family law, entertainment law, and employment law. Soon after gaining admission to the California bar in 2024, she shifted her focus to consumer protection litigation in her role as an attorney. Currently, Steph possesses a rich breadth of expertise from diverse legal fields.

When Steph isn’t lawyering, she loves discussing film, going to music festivals, traveling, and doing hot yoga.
