The first issue arose at 9,721 miles, when the check engine light illuminated. After conducting a 10,000-mile service, including an oil change and tire rotation, the dealership identified a sporadic fault in the engine electronics but was unable to replicate the issue.
The fault code was erased, and the problem seemed to be resolved—until it resurfaced.
About one month later, the owner returned with the check engine light on again and reported the vehicle shaking. A diagnostic trouble code revealed a communication issue with the engine control module (ECM).
Despite updating the ECM and infotainment system software, the shaking was not replicated during the test drive, though the issue persisted.

The check engine light flashed again about four months later, and the vehicle was shaking once again. A cylinder misfire was identified, prompting the replacement of a faulty ignition coil and completion of the 20,000-mile service.
Despite these repairs, the issues remained unresolved.
