Ranked #1 in full-size pickup trucks in U.S. News & World Report, the Ram 1500 was one of the most-sold cars in the United States last year. The Ram 1500 also ranks highly when it comes to both safety and reliability.

With great ratings and lovely interior styling, it is easy to see why so many people purchase the pickup truck every year. With thousands of these pickup trucks sold annually, however, there is always a chance that at least one amongst them will be a lemon. Unfortunately, one client of ours was surprised to find himself in possession of a lemon Ram 1500.

This client’s brand-new 2018 Ram 1500 had a leak in its engine, beginning only at about 9,000 miles. He took the pickup truck to a local Ram dealer four more times for repairs. Service providers acknowledged the oil leak from the engine and noted repairs they made, but our client was not seeing permanent fixes to the oil leak as it continued to leak even after several repair visits.

The service provider was ultimately unable to provide a proper solution to the oil leak. Ram did not offer the client too many options, so our client felt unsure about how to move forward. After researching more about lemon law, he felt that his situation called for a lemon law case. To make sure, he got in touch with the Lemon Law Experts.

The client believes he made an excellent choice in choosing us to represent him in his case. The Lemon Law Experts fought hard against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and produced great results.

Our team was able to get this client a lemon repurchase agreement from the manufacturer to buy back his Ram 1500. With the Ram lemon off his hands, our client was free to pick out a safe and dependable vehicle that he would not have to take into the dealership every month for repairs.
