Lemon Infiniti

This Pleasanton lemon law client purchased a 2012 Infiniti QX56 lemon SUV.  Within the first week the engine on this Infiniti lemon died and the vehicle needed to be towed-in to this lemon law client’s local Infiniti dealership.  This Infiniti lemon was then out of service for more than 30 days.

This lemon law client can now be seen driving the streets of Pleasanton in his brand new Infiniti QX56 which is safe and trouble free.

The lesson to be learned from this Infiniti lemon law claim is that a valid lemon claim can be brought with only one repair attempt if the vehicle is out of service for an excessive number of days.
