Client bought a 2011 Chevy Equinox with an additional navigation system that was installed by the dealership. Unfortunately, the navigation system did not work properly with the other systems of the car, which would cause the battery to drain. GM attempted to fix the problems several times, but to no avail. The only solution was to remove the navigation system. Once the navigation was removed, the car operated as normal. However, because of the frustration experienced by this consumer, the attorneys at Consumer Law Experts were able to get this consumer a nice cash settlement. This client now has a great working vehicle and a nice lump sum of money to do with as he pleases. Not so bad after all!
