Biography
Jordan Cohen is a trial attorney and experienced litigator who believes strongly in consumer rights. Jordan has tried consumer cases to verdict and has successfully argued before the California Court of Appeal.
Jordan earned his law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and was admitted to practice in 2012. In ten years of practice, Jordan has litigated on both sides of the bar. In addition to his advocacy on behalf of consumers and plaintiffs, Jordan has defended fortune 500 companies, small business, and myriad professionals.
Jordan enjoys working with clients to ensure that they have the very best representation. He guides clients through each phase of a conflict, from pre-litigation claims through trial and appeals.
Jordan lives in Los Angeles, California, and is an avid reader and record collector.

- Lead trial counsel on breach of warranty case against Mercedes-Benz, resulting in jury verdict in excess of $400K and published decision (Justin Kiluk v. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (2019) 43 Cal.App.5th 334)

- Drafted and argued numerous appeals, including successful appeal of order denying motion to compel arbitration
