Jordan Cohen is a trial attorney and experienced litigator who believes strongly in consumer rights. Jordan has tried consumer cases to verdict and has successfully argued before the California Court of Appeal.
Jordan earned his law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and was admitted to practice in 2012. In ten years of practice, Jordan has litigated on both sides of the bar. In addition to his advocacy on behalf of consumers and plaintiffs, Jordan has defended fortune 500 companies, small business, and myriad professionals.
Jordan enjoys working with clients to ensure that they have the very best representation. He guides clients through each phase of a conflict, from pre-litigation claims through trial and appeals.
Jordan lives in Los Angeles, California, and is an avid reader and record collector.
Can you share a notable case or success youāve had in the past?
My colleague Sean Crandall and I recently tried a case to verdict. The manufacturer clearly thought it was a worthless/defensible case. The jury deliberated for just 40 minutes before delivering a verdict in favor of our clients. Unanimous on all elements of every cause of action. Max civil penalty.
What sets you apart from other attorneys in your field?
They say Iām differentā¦I try to bring a lot of myself to my litigation practice ā my humanity, my passion, sometimes my fire (donāt make meāÆ).āÆ I also try hard to demonstrate to my clients my belief that this is ā first and foremost ā aĀ serviceĀ industry. In other words, I believe that my clientās satisfaction is paramount.
