I had called several other firms and got turned down. I was also told have another problem and then I'll represent you. But when I called the lemon law experts, they said we'll take the case and we'll recover our fees from them and we'll get you a settlement within a couple months, or you don't pay. And that's exactly what happened. I couldn't recommend them enough, they did all the hard work. I sent my invoices pictures, videos, and a timeline. They did the rest. They were very easy to work with. Very efficient and they answered all my questions directly and professionally and got me better results than I'd hoped for.

We had issues with our 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid but thanks to the lemon law group we were able to solve the issue quick and now we’re looking for a more reliable car. At first we were a bit skeptical about doing the whole lemon law thing but we’re so happy we did it. Our Kia sat at the shop for weeks at a time, one time it lasted a month and that’s when we decided to start the process. We started the process at the end of October, 2025 and the case was resolved by the beginning of December, 2025. The people who helped us were awesome with communicating with us. We spoke to a few people throughout the process but I would say the main ones were Brenda and Mark. I’m so thankful for them. It was soo stressful dealing with that car and not receiving answers from the dealer on what was wrong with it. I’d definitely come back to them if necessary and I’ll always recommend them for doing an amazing job.
