Why did you become a lawyer? In college I majored in legal studies which gears you towards becoming a paralegal. I then became a Family Law Paralegal which I really enjoyed. I realized that I could challenge myself more, which led me to law school.

What types of cases do you typically handle? I typically handle lemon law cases, though I have prior experience working with criminal defense cases from an externship I had.

What do you enjoy most about practicing law? I enjoy the challenge and helping individuals when they’ve been wronged and need assistance.

Biography

Mr. Eredia graduated from the University of La Verne with a B.S. in Legal Studies in 2017. After graduating from ULV, he gained legal experience working as a family law paralegal.

Thereafter, Mr. Eredia earned his Juris Doctor (JD) at the University of La Verne College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Eredia was a certified law clerk with the Misdemeanor Defense Clinic and an active member of the Student Bar Association, serving as the Part-Time Student Representative. During this time, Mr. Eredia also received a Certificate of Achievement in Advanced Legal Research.

In his free time, Mr. Eredia enjoys venturing out to try new food and spending time with his dog and family.
