Vanessa Oliva is a consumer advocate through and through. With extensive civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts, Vanessa specializes in breach of warranty and consumer fraud matters against automobile manufacturers under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and Magnuson-Moss. She efficiently and effectively assists consumers who have purchased or leased defective automobiles with holding the manufacturers accountable and acquiring justice on behalf of the consumer. She has been successful in obtaining many favorable outcomes on behalf of her clients and adamantly works to foster healthy, trusting, and professional attorney-client relationships with each.
Prior to joining Consumer Law Experts, Vanessa was an associate at a civil litigation firm that litigated mostly real estate and probate matters where she specialized in pre-foreclosure issues and assisted her clients in remaining in their homes. In addition to her civil litigation experience, Vanessa also practices in the U.S. immigration courts where she volunteers her time and advocates for unaccompanied minors to remain in the United States either under Special Immigrant Juvenile Status or Asylum designation.
