Attorney FAQ

What law school did you attend? I attended Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York.

Why did you choose lemon law? I chose Lemon Law because I believe in helping consumers. Purchasing a new vehicle is a large investment and is not something to be taken lightly, so when a vehicle is defective, I believe that the consumer should have the proper remedy to have the vehicle returned or exchanged. When manufacturers refuse to provide those remedies, Lemon Law litigation is the best option for consumers to pursue justice. I believe that people should not be cheated out of their hard-earned money because of a defective vehicle that a manufacturer refuses to help them out with.

What do you enjoy most about practicing law? I enjoy the practice of law because it enables me to learn new, obscure things and allows me to help people solve their problems. I also enjoy interacting with clients and building relationships.

Prior to CLE, he worked at a firm handling consumer auto fraud, where he successfully litigated cases and secured favorable settlements for his clients against large and midsize dealerships. Dealing with the complexities of used vehicle auto fraud provided Ahmed with the skills to evaluate and analyze consumer fraud and lemon law cases. In his free time, Ahmed enjoys traveling, playing basketball, spending time with his family, and cooking.
