What law school did you attend? I attended University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law where I received my Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Water Law.

How long have you been practicing law? I’ve been practicing law for three years.

Why did you become a lawyer? I became an attorney because my experiences growing up in New Haven and as an Americorps VISTA volunteer made me see how much society is stacked against working class people and I wanted to help push back against that. I am proud to help our clients get the justice they deserve, as corporations need to be held accountable to the consumers they serve.

Joseph Kowalski is an Associate Attorney with a commitment to advocating on behalf of consumers. With prior experience in consumer advocacy, employee rights and more Joseph proudly stands up to corporations and others when they have wronged people. He will work diligently to foster a healthy attorney-client relationship and get you the justice you deserve.

Prior to joining Consumer Law Experts, PC, Joseph gained experience in civil rights, employment law, and Indian law, and now carries that passion for fighting for clients to lemon law. He was formerly Vice President of the Sacramento chapter of the National Lawyers Guild, which provides Know Your Rights trainings and other social justice based programs.

In his spare time, Joseph enjoys acting, writing, and traveling.
