Joseph Liu is a lemon law attorney whose practice focuses on consumer rights litigation. Prior to joining Consumer Law Experts, he worked at a mid-size plaintiff’s firm handling complex litigation dealing with employment and consumer law in state and federal court. Joseph is a zealous advocate for his clients and has successfully litigated cases and secured favorable settlements against large corporations.
Outside of the office, Joseph spends time volunteering as a food prep/server at The Midnight Mission in downtown Los Angeles and reading to children at elementary schools in underserved communities through the Reading to Kids program. He also enjoys playing basketball and riding his bike to the beach and exploring trails throughout southern California.
How long have you been practicing law? I’ve been practicing law for 15 years.
What types of cases do you typically handle? I currently handle Lemon law cases, though I handled Wage and Hour as well as other Employment Law cases in the past.
