What undergraduate school did you attend and what did you study? I attended the University of Maryland where I obtained a bachelor’s degree and History and a minor in Rhetoric which was essentially a combination of English and Communications.

What types of cases do you typically handle? I typically handle lemon law cases, but I’ve handled personal injury defense and family law cases in the past.

Why did you choose lemon law? I like helping people who get taken advantage of, and getting them the money back that they deserve for everything they’ve had to go through with these manufacturers and dealerships. I love being able to help get people out of these defective cars, and into a new car that works well.

Prior to joining Consumer Law Experts, Mr. Fennell previously practiced family law, personal injury defense and lemon law. Mr. Fennell is passionate and zealous about representing his clients and will work hard to achieve the best possible outcome in each case. In his spare time, Mr. Fennell likes to fish, watch movies and exercise.
