What undergraduate school did you attend, and what did you study? I studied Business Administration with an emphasis in management at San Diego State University.

Why did you choose lemon law? Lemon Law chose me. As I was ready to move on to my next opportunity, I found a job opening in Lemon Law. I took the job, and immediately it resonated with me. It’s been an ideal place for me to be ever since. It’s a great arena to defend the community against corporations–I’m very passionate about standing up for the little guy.

What do you enjoy most about practicing law? I became a lawyer because I wanted to defend people and I get to do that on a day-to-day basis. I enjoy realizing and fulfilling that purpose.

While Bobby’s experience has focused primarily on breach of warranty and consumer fraud, Bobby is also well versed in federal regulations protecting consumers, including the FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and CROA. Bobby has a sincere passion for consumer rights, resulting in diligent and efficient advocacy for consumers experiencing issues with their “Lemons.”
