Biography
Diana Rivero focuses her practice on breach of warranty, consumer fraud, and consumer protection. Diana is a zealous advocate with a passion for litigation and a strong sense of fairness.
Diana graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. During law school, Diana competed as a member of Loyola’s Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) Moot Court and Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court teams. She also clerked for the Honorable Kathleen Mulligan of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (U.S. EEOC).
Prior to joining CLE, Diana handled cases against automobile manufacturers and helped obtain favorable results on behalf of her clients. Diana has also served her community as a staff attorney for a tenant’s rights non-profit and previously worked for a boutique employment law firm as an associate attorney.
A native of Mexico City, Diana is fluent and literate in Spanish. In her spare time, Diana enjoys international travel, baking, reading speculative fiction, and comic book film adaptations.
