Lemon Law Experts Force Chrysler to Repurchase a 2011 Lemon Dodge with Transmission and Steering Issues

This San Francisco area lemon law client contacted the lemon law experts at Consumer Law Experts after experiencing multiple problems with this 2011 lemon Dodge Ram 2500.  This lemon Dodge Ram was to be used both for work and personal use, however, given the issues related to the engine and steering, the lemon law client did not feel safe doing either in this Dodge Ram lemon.  The issues with this Dodge lemon were the transmission banging into gear and not shifting into reverse, and the vehicle pulling to the left when driving.  These issues clearly impair the safety, use and value of this Dodge Ram 2500 lemon.  This lemon law client had lost faith in the reliability of this vehicle and felt that 5 repair attempts for this were more than enough.  When he first contacted the lemon law experts at Consumer Law Experts his frustration was evident.  The lemon law attorneys empathized with these issues, and assured him they would be able to provide him relief pursuant to California lemon law.  Within two weeks of contacting these lemon law experts, Chrysler was forced to repurchase this 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 lemon.  Along with this repurchase, Chrysler paid off the balance of the loan, and paid all his lemon law attorneys fees.  This lemon law client can now be seen driving the streets of Concord in a safe and reliable truck.
