FCA Repurchases a 2017 Chrysler Pacific with Repeated Transmission Issues

This NorCal lemon law client purchased a brand-new Chrysler Pacifica.  What was meant to be a nice, reliable family van, turned out to be anything but that.  Soon after purchasing this van, this client found herself in and out of her local FCA repair facilities attempting to fix a faulty transmission.  She repeatedly took the van in for the transmission shifting hard on acceleration, slipping on acceleration, and a popping noise from the front end while driving.

This lemon law client used this van primarily for her family – to take her children to and from school, after-school activities, running errands, and the like.  She found herself in a rental car more frequently than in her van.  Push came to shove with the defects not getting fixed so she decided to do something about it and she called the Lemon Law Experts for help.

She sure was glad that she made the call because after a short while, the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles did the right thing and they offered to repurchase her van and pay for this client’s attorneys fees and costs.  After successfully surrendering this van, she was able to get herself a new one that so far has been operating just fine.
